Frank Aldridge is Director and Principal of The Integral Group Limited, which he established in 2001 after branching out to become an independent consultant in 1997.
Frank has had over 16 years commercial experience and has spent the last seven years specialising in all aspects of the procurement process. He has negotiated over 200 commercial contracts in over 40 different categories.
Prior to that, from 1987 to 1997 he was involved in a range of commercial roles in the energy sector at the Ministry of Energy, Shell Oil and Transpower (the New Zealand Electricity Grid operator).
