Process Design

We can work with you to:

  • define all (or parts of) your organisation’s overall information architecture or framework (that business processes form a part of)

  • determine which business processes require capturing (based on your priorities and business goals).

Process Map Development

We can:

  • facilitate business process mapping workshops, and
  • teach your staff to map business processes (via our public Mapping Business Processes workshop or by customising a process mapping programme to suit your organisation’s specific requirements)

Process Map Illustration

We can:

  • develop standards and reference materials for developing business process maps
  • develop process maps in Microsoft Visio for you or teach you (or your support staff) how to use Visio to develop process maps (including templates and stencils to make life easier), and
  • provide quality assurance for any business process maps you produce.
