Facilitator
The Facilitator of Lessons from the Trenches is Frank Aldridge, the Director and Principal of The Integral Group Limited.
Frank has had over 16 years commercial experience. He has been involved in a range of commercial roles in the energy sector at the Ministry of Energy, Shell Oil and Transpower (the New Zealand Electricity Grid operator).
He has spent the last seven years specialising in all aspects of the negotiating and procurement process and has negotiated in excess of 200 commercial contracts in over 40 different categories.
Venue
We conduct public workshops at various venues and are also more than happy to conduct workshops on client sites.
